We have been talking a lot about body confidence lately so lets talk some more. Is there something you don't like about yourself? Do you want to look like a model? No one is perfect, not even models. Don't try to change yourself (unless its makes you healthy) to look like a star. The beauty industry hurts everyone, even models. They have to see the photo-shopped versions of themselves which are basically the ideal versions of them that they can never be. Of course it hurts consumers more, but you can beat the industry. Take the pledge to love your body! You are beautiful just the way you are.
